View and Track Your Orders

You can visit www.toysandmore.com.au at any time and check on your order status. This includes both current and past orders within the last 6 months. To log in to the order status area, simply click on the Order Status link on the main menu above and provide your surname and password.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change the details of an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We recommend that you use our TOLL FREE HOTLINE 1300 134 211 on weekdays during business hours to ensure that your order does not leave our warehouse before your changes are made.

Backorders

A backorder occurs when some or all of the items on your order are temporarily unavailable. The unavailable items will be sent to you when they are in stock at no extra delivery cost and you will not be billed for any items until they are shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our customer service team if you would like more information.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact our customer service team by email returns@toysandmore.com.au or phone TOLL FREE 1300 134 211 on weekdays between 8.30am and 5.00pm to request a refund or exchange. After receiving information to identify your order and the nature of your problem, we will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and details of the address for the goods to be returned to. Returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorisation Number.

Refunds

If a refund is required, the amount will be credited to the credit card you used to place your order. If you paid by cheque, a refund cheque will be issued to you.
