Toy Catalogue Fundraiser Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to our Toy Catalogue Fundraiser. Refer also to the full terms and conditions.

  • If you are participating in this year's Toys and More Fundraiser through your child's school, centre or group please return your order to them with your payment as soon as possible. Otherwise send it to us directly at the address shown on the order form but remember to include $8.80 to cover handling charges and delivery to your nominated address.
  • We will process the orders as we receive them and commence shipping from mid October 2012.
  • All savings compare to savings featured on www.toysandmore.com.au
  • Prices are current at the date of printing, and are valid until 31st December 2012.
  • Products are only available whilst current stocks last.
  • If any item is sold out and you prepaid your order we will send you a refund cheque.
  • All prices include goods and services tax where applicable.
  • Educational Experience Pty Limited does not guarantee this catalogue is free of errors. If one should occur, you will be advised at the time of order placement.
  • Prices may vary by quantity purchased.
  • Only authorised recipients of this promotion may take advantage of the products and pricing contained herein.
  • All products incur handling charges and prices quoted apply to Australia ONLY.
  • This promotion is also subject to all Educational Experience full terms and conditions of sale.
  • As some products may be subject to manufacturer design change, we reserve the right to supply the current design.
  • Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If you wish to organise a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department on TOLL FREE 1300 134 211 within 4 weeks of receiving your products and they will issue you with a return authorisation number (R.A.N.). We regret that we cannot accept returns without the R.A.N.
