If you would like to contact the Toys and More Customer Service department for any assistance, or to organise a refund or exchange, please send an email to returns@toysandmore.com.au or phone TOLL FREE 1300 134 211 on weekdays during business hours.

After receiving information to identify your order and the nature of your problem, our Customer Service department will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and details of the address for the goods to be returned to. We regret we cannot accept returns without the Return Authorisation Number.
