How to Order
You can order online easily here at www.toysandmore.com.au or, if you prefer, you can fill out an order form and mail or fax it to us or phone our Customer Service Team on weekdays between 8.30am and 5.00pm (AET) on TOLL FREE 1300 134 211. A new catalogue is published every July with new offers.
Who Can Order
We accept orders from customers all over the world but we only deliver within Australia. If you live overseas, you can still order and have toys delivered to your family and friends anywhere in Australia.
How to Place Your Order Online
When you have finished shopping and would like to place your order, follow the Go to Check Out links on your shopping cart or the checkout link above the main menu or at the bottom of every page.
If you have registered with Toys and More, you will be asked to log in and we will retrieve your details for you. If you are new to Toys and More, you will be asked to Proceed to Check Out to provide us with this information.
Complete the simple six-step order form with your payment details, delivery details and fundraising recipient. You will have a chance to review the information you have provided before you submit your order.
Confirmation of Your Order
When you have submitted your order successfully, you will arrive at Step 7. This step confirms your order and advises you of your order number. We suggest that you print this page or record the order number should you need to make any enquiries about your order. You will also be sent an email confirmation of your order if you provide us with a valid email address.
Your order will also appear in your Order Status area immediately. You can log in to this area at any time to track the progress of your order and to ensure that your order details are correct.
Fundraising Credits
Toys and More supports Australian education by contributing to a school or centre of your choice. You can select a fundraising recipient at step 5 of the order form or choose to nominate one of the listed organisations that we support. See our fundraising information for more details.
